To accommodate the varying uses of our products, we provide unique pricing and licencing options to fit everyone’s situation in the most cost-effective way. These options offer criteria (view options below) that enable you to choose the right product to meet your needs based on your intended use of the product.

EasyRecovery software editions are licenced based on the number of drives to be recovered. The number of drives that can be recovered by each edition is noted as licence Option above. The licence allows for the recovery of multiple files from a single drive. A single drive is defined as a single rigid disk drive or a single removable media (USB drive, digital memory media, floppy disk, etc.). The Individual licence is intended for private or home use on one computer. In all other cases, the software may be installed on any number of computers as long as the total number of drives recovered does not exceed the total number licenced. If software is to be used for commercial or financial gain including, but not limited to, performing technical or consulting services, a Commercial licence must be purchased. Commercial licences are available and based on an unlimited number of recoveries for a specified period of time. Individual, Standard, Business, and Enterprise editions are not licenced for commercial use. See additional details below.

*Corporate Licencing (Standard, Business, Enterprise) is a perpetual use licence model and pertains to those companies who use the product "in-house" to serve their company's needs within the organization. Please note that the Corporate licencing model may not be used for commercial or financial gain including, but not limited to, using it for technical or consulting services.

**Commercial Licencing is an annually renewable licence model and is available for technicians, consultants or for organizations with technicians "in-the-field," who use the product in conjunction with services of any kind provided to third parties. Each licence grants unlimited use according to the guidelines below. After each licence period, each licence is terminated unless renewed. 

• If used in a lab environment, one licence is required per establishment per simultaneous use per year
• If used in a mobile environment, one licence is required per technician per year
